🔎 Amnesia Ibiza is seeking a highly motivated Advancing / Logistics Assistant to join our Artist Relations Team. The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with DJs and Artist needs, have experience and knowledge of the industry alongside a keen eye for detail, effective communicator, flexible on working hours, a quick thinker with excellent organisational skills and fluent in English and a basic Spanish language.

🚀Your main responsibilities will be:
- Communicate with DJs, agents, and tour managers (artist teams) and prompt them to input their flights, hotels and pickup times into the required online software and coordinate the pickup / ground transport of the artist when they arrive and depart from Ibiza.
- Prepare detailed itineraries for DJs and artists performing at Amnesia and Cova Santa using the required online software. Carefully check all information provided by the artists teams or on occasion Input the information yourself.
- Efficiently handle last-minute changes and adjustments on the online software and on the driver’s schedule where required.
- Communicate with the inhouse driver team and issue them with correct documentation for their daily work (include contracts and schedules)
- Ensure that all DJ´s & Artists have a good experience from arrival to the island until their departure.
- Confirm final Technical & Hospitality Rider to the artist team prior to the event. And communicate any changes in set times leading up to the event across artist teams and internal Amnesia teams.
- Communicate information to the operation team at the venues in respect of Guest Lists, Riders, Set Times and any other artist needs.

- You have at least 2 years experience in the position.
- You are proficient with tools such as ‘Beatswitch’ or similar.
- You have a high ability to communicate fluently, orally and in writing in English and Spanish.
- You have the ability to adapt to last second changes and work under pressure.
- You are a person with attention to detail.
- You already have a residence in Ibiza.

🚀Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Comunicación con DJs, agentes y tour managers para que introduzcan vuelos, hoteles y horarios de recogida en nuestro software "Beatswitch" y gestionar todas las recogidas desde su llegada hasta su salida de Ibiza.
- Preparar itinerarios detallados para DJs y artistas que actúen en Amnesia y Cova Santa a través del “Beatswitch” y asegurarse que toda la información proporcionada por parte del Tour manager esté correcta y actualizada.
- Gestionar eficazmente los cambios y ajustes de última hora en el programa y en la agenda del conductor cuando sea necesario.
- Comunicarse con el equipo de conductores y entregarles la documentación correcta para su trabajo diario (incluidos contratos y horarios)
- Comunicar cambios de set times a todos los equipos correspondientes, tanto de los artistas como el equipo de Amnesia.
- Asegurarse de que todos los DJ's y Artistas tengan una buena experiencia desde su llegada a la isla hasta su salida.
- Confirmar los “Technical & Hospitality Rider” al equipo de los artistas y al equipo de Amnesia antes del evento.
- Mantener la información actualizada y comunicar al equipo de operaciones de Amnesia (guest list, Set Times etc)
💯 Encajarás si…
- Tienes experiencia mínima de 2 años en la posición.
- Manejas herramientas como “Beatswitch” o similar.
- Tienes una capacidad elevada para comunicarte fluidamente, de manera oral y escrita en inglés y en español.
- Tienes capacidad de adaptación a cambio de último segundo y trabajar bajo presión.
- Eres una persona con atención al detalle.
- Ya dispones de residencia en Ibiza.
